By purchasing our Discord boosting services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if ZenBoosts is unable to complete your order.
  • Once an order is in progress or has been successfully fulfilled, it is considered final, and no refunds will be granted.
  • All purchases made through ZenBoosts are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with ZenBoosts, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Your Discord server has minimal security settings that allow external accounts to boost it.
  • You have disabled or adjusted any security measures (such as anti-raid bots, verification systems, or similar protections) that may prevent our boosting accounts from successfully joining and boosting your server.
  • ZenBoosts is not liable for any server security configurations that may interfere with service delivery.

3. Boost Duration & Replacement Policy

  • If boosts are removed or lost during the 1-month or 3-month service period due to the termination of the boosting accounts, they will be replaced at no additional cost.
  • ZenBoosts is not responsible for boosts lost due to Discord’s internal enforcement actions, manual removal by server administrators, or actions taken against your server or account.
  • Boost replacements will be provided at our discretion and only in cases where the loss is directly attributable to account terminations.

4. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

  • ZenBoosts is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Discord Inc.
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes beyond the standard Discord Nitro Boost benefits.
  • ZenBoosts reserves the right to decline or cancel services at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of our policies.

5. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By purchasing from ZenBoosts, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Any breach of these terms may result in the cancellation of your order without refund.
